The Luxury leather used for the Edward Camera Bag is a particularly soft, finely grained calfskin sourced from renowned French tanneries. Its exceptionally dense fibre structure gives it both a supple feel and remarkable durability. A meticulous double-tanning process using vegetable tanning agents enhances its strength while preserving its natural softness.
Semi-aniline dyeing and treatment with hot fat liquors give the leather its rich colour, subtle patina and pleasant feel. As a natural premium material, it may feature delicate variations in colour and fine markings that reflect the original hide. Over time, the leather develops its own distinctive character and gains natural water resistance.
